HR Search Partners was formed in May of 2010 when Nancy Zucker Associates joined forces with David Aaron Silverstein and Apogee Executive Search. We recruit HR professionals at all levels and in every area of focus, placing them in full-time and consulting roles. With a strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality and professionalism, we can assure our clients a level of personal attention that many larger firms cannot offer.
Our success is accomplished through a powerful mix of market research, selective recruiting and interviewing, thorough reference checking and a well-defined qualification process. We listen first and foremost, and then respond quickly in a genuine, honest and ethical manner. The most difficult searches are completed through utilization of our extensive, continually updated database and through referrals from other top-tier professionals.
Nancy Zucker has 20 years’ experience in HR search and five years’ in corporate HR. Nancy has built entire teams for her clients, and she is the ultimate team player herself, understanding the needs of both clients and candidates. Her success can be attributed to creating and retaining long-term relationships. Her team is out there in the real world with clients, and we understand that there is life outside the office, often sharing family news or enjoying an outdoor event. Working with Nancy and her team, you will immediately notice how current they are with news in the HR world and how comfortable they are discussing the latest trends.
